Can your parade balloons be used in cold weather?

Yes. We manufacture our helium parade balloons using a base fabric which is urethane coated on each side. This fabric is stable and retains flexibility even in cold temperatures, unlike PVC which is subject to cracking. Read more about our fabrics here
